Top Floor 650-MT (Moisture tolerant epoxy primer )
Two component solvent free, moisture tolerant epoxy Primer designed to be applied to concrete with residual moisture or green concrete.
Recommended use:
- Barrier against moisture and water vapor on damp concrete surfaces.
- Surface primer before polyuria, epoxy and polyurethane coatings.
- Prevents creation of osmosis blisters which occurs due to negative side pressur
- Create a moisture barrier to prevent issues like blistering or delamination.
- Improve adhesion for subsequent coatings like polyurethane, polyurea, or epoxy topcoats.
Where to use the pruduct:
- On new concrete that hasn’t fully cured
- In basements or ground-level slabs with high humidity
- Where damp-proof membranes are missing or compromised
- Before applying decorative or industrial resin flooring systems
