Product Description

Top Proof BT 100-A is a ready-to-use, single-component solvent based waterproofing coating formulated from high-quality bitumen blended with reflective aluminum pigments. It provides a durable, weather-resistant protective layer with excellent adhesion to various substrates. The reflective aluminum finish enhances UV resistance and reduces heat absorption, extending the life of the waterproofing system.

Product uses:

  • Roof surfaces (concrete, metal, bituminous membranes)
  • Waterproofing of exposed structures
  • Protective coating for bitumen membranes
  • Industrial and residential roofing systems

Elasto Bitumen PU 6000 SF

A two component, polyurethane-bitumen modified, liquid waterproofing material. It is a fast curing product and it forms a very elastic film, which perfectly adhere to different surfaces. It is perfectly adhesive to almost all types of surfaces. It has excellent mechanical characteristics providing high tension, tearing and wearing resistance. It has excellent chemical resistance. Moreover, does not affected by water vapor transmission. The dry film of the product has the capability to breath and prevents the accumulation of humidity under the coat. It provides thick coating without bubbling. It provides high crack bridging. It has excellent covering and is adhesive to surface. It has high thermal resistance and can be used between +80°C and 200 °C. The film applied keeps its flexibility down to – 40 °C.

Top Prime MMA 2011

Is a one-component, air-drying, dust-preventing, and impregnating, Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) based surface protection and primer resin that can be applied indoors and outdoors, on floor and wall surfaces. It has a quick drying time. (Average within 1 hour) It is very long lasting. It is very easy to apply. It is non-toxic. Since it penetrates to the pores of the surface, it stops the dusting that will occur inside the surface. It increases the appearance quality of the applied surface. It protects the applied surface very effectively, especially against atmospheric conditions, by preventing erosion (for example, UV rays, rain, etc.) by allowing the surface to breathe. It can be used vertically and horizontally on concrete, exposed concrete, brick, natural stone and mosaic surfaces. It does not form a film layer. It increases the appearance quality of the surface. It is also used as an undercoat in MMA-based construction chemical products applied to such surfaces.
