A polyurethane topcoat cured with aliphatic isocyanate. It has a high volume solids and contains
zinc phosphate making it ideal for protection of structures in corrosive environments. It can be
applied direct to metal. The product can be applied directly to the metal surface in C3 medium
corrosive environments. Can be applied directly to galvanized and aluminum surfaces. Excellent
adhesion and elasticity, color and gloss retention are the characteristic properties. It is resistant to
broad range of corrosive and marine atmospheres. Can be applied in thick coats with low dry spray
risk.
RECOMMENDED USE
May be specified as a one coat ‘direct to metal’ system in environments classified as C2 and C3. This
type of polyurethane has a high resistance to chemical leaks and spills. It is recommended as a
topcoat for anticorrosive protection for industrial structures such as refineries, cellulosic plants,
mines, exterior of storage tanks as well as in ports and ships. Also it can be used for wind energy
industry, exterior surfaces of steel tanks and pipes, Structural steel, Marine applications and
Chemical plants and equipment plus refineries
