Top Floor CM 3-10 (Cement based Self Leveling)
It is a high-strength, normal-setting, cement-based, self-leveling underlayment, for use over interior concrete, plywood and other approved floor surfaces. The product convenient and easy to use. Once cured, it provides a smooth, level surface on which to install a variety of floor coverings. This normal setting underlayment can be applied up to 10 mm thick in one pour and seeks its own level in hours.
Product uses:
- For leveling residential and commercial, interior floors, prior to the installation of resilient flooring.
- Can be used on concrete that is sound, has cured for a minimum of 28 days and is free from hydrostatic pressure; exterior-grade plywood; ceramic tile
- It used as floor coverings: ceramic tile and natural stone; engineered or natural hard wood; carpet; vinyl; laminate
- With the aim of leveling of uneven grounds
- Used in health care facilities, shopping centers, hotels
