Two component solvent free, moisture tolerant epoxy Primer designed to be applied to concrete with residual moisture or green concrete.

Recommended use:

  • Barrier against moisture and water vapor on damp concrete surfaces.
  • Surface primer before polyuria, epoxy and polyurethane coatings.
  • Prevents creation of osmosis blisters which occurs due to negative side pressure
  • Top Floor 650-MT can be used as Moisture tolerant epoxy primer under epoxy & polyurethane coatings.
