TOP MASTIC EPOXY 450
A two-component, high-solids epoxy primer formulated with zinc phosphate anti-corrosive pigments. Engineered for high-build application, it delivers rapid drying and excellent adhesion to ferrous substrates. Upon curing, it forms a mechanically robust and chemically resistant film that provides long-term Protection against corrosion, even in aggressive industrial or marine environments.
Topthane PU-55780-ZP
A polyurethane topcoat cured with aliphatic isocyanate. It has a high volume solids and contains
zinc phosphate making it ideal for protection of structures in corrosive environments. It can be
applied direct to metal. The product can be applied directly to the metal surface in C3 medium
corrosive environments. Can be applied directly to galvanized and aluminum surfaces. Excellent
adhesion and elasticity, color and gloss retention are the characteristic properties. It is resistant to
broad range of corrosive and marine atmospheres. Can be applied in thick coats with low dry spray
risk.
Topxy Metal Primer 1500
A high-performance, two-component epoxy-based primer designed to deliver exceptional corrosion resistance on metal substrates. Topxy NF-4111
A solvent free, two components, high build, polyamine cured epoxy phenolic coating designed to protect substrates against severe chemical attack. Topxy NF-4118 B
A novalac (phenolic) epoxy-polyamine based, two component, high-built coating with excellent chemical resistance. It is most often used in those applications where chemical, solvent and water resistance are required. It exhibits excellent curing characteristics at low temperatures (down to -5°C) and/or high humidity without any surface defects such as blushing, cracking etc.
Topxy Zinc 980
Epoxy based, two component micronized zinc dust containing primer with outstanding resistance to severe weathering. It provides cathodic protection if film is damaged. Service temperature range is 0-200°C. It has low volatile organic content.
Zinc content in the dry film conforms to SSPC-Paint 20, Level 3 and ISO 12944 standards.
