مادة عازلة مائية سائلة، مُعدَّلة بالبولي يوريثان والبيتومين، مكونة من مكونين. تتميز هذه المادة بسرعة تصلبها، وتُشكِّل طبقة رقيقة مرنة للغاية، تلتصق تمامًا بمختلف الأسطح. تتميز بخصائص ميكانيكية ممتازة، حيث توفر مقاومة عالية للشد والتمزق والاهتراء. كما تتميز بمقاومتها الكيميائية الممتازة، ولا تتأثر بنفاذية بخار الماء. تتميز الطبقة الجافة بقدرتها على التنفس، وتمنع تراكم الرطوبة تحت الطبقة. كما تُوفر طبقة سميكة دون فقاعات، وتُغلِّف الشقوق بكفاءة عالية. تتميز بتغطية ممتازة، وتلتصق بالسطح. كما تتميز بمقاومة حرارية عالية، ويمكن استخدامها في درجات حرارة تتراوح بين 80 و200 درجة مئوية. تحافظ الطبقة المُطبَّقة على مرونتها حتى -40 درجة مئوية.
